Disturbance from noise should be reported to the Southwark Noise Team. The source of the noise could be: neighbours, licensed premises or general street noise.

If the noise nuisance is happening at present please contact Southwark Council Customer Call Centre on 020 7525 5777 and the Noise Team will respond within 45 minutes.

If the noise nuisance is not happening at present then there is an online form which can be completed on the Southwark website (click the logo for details).

If the noise nuisance is sustained and continues for several days then it may help to maintain a log of the incidents using the “Diary of Disturbance” form.
