October 2021

The owners of the Clove building have filed their planning application documents with Southwark. You can find them on the Southwark Planning Register, search for application no. 21/AP/3131 or search for 'Clove' to see the related documents.

Southwark will be accepting comments on the plans until 9 November.

April 2021

Dorrington, the owners of the Clove Building on Maguire Street are proposing changes to the building, including the addition of one floor and a pavilion. In advance of submitting their planning proposal to Southwark for review, they have begun consulting with local residents and stakeholders to gather feedback.
